Biography

Ann Elson. BA Hons Illustration & Graphic Design

Graduate of Bath Spa University, School of Art & Design in 2004.

Ann is an artist and illustrator living and working near Bristol, clients have included Methuen Drama - Bloomsbury, Radio Times, Petiteposte and The Big Issue.

Ann has exhibited her work at The Millennium Dome and The Old Truman Brewery, London as well as The Watershed, Bristol. Her work has also been selected and exhibited in the Royal West of England Academy, Bristol for their 2020, 168th Annual Open Exhibition

Ann’s illustrations express strong biro and pencil marks, that are accompanied by an assemblage of components often paper, photographs and things found to create layers of interesting textures and colours.
